2024 Updates:

**DEA now requires drug screenings for patients being prescribed any controlled substance. Random drug screens will be done 4 times annually at a cost of $25 each (will not be covered by insurance) 
* For an appointment, please wear a mask and only the patient will be allowed in the office (unless the patient requires assistance).
