Dr. David A. Fields, MD
Dr. Fields is a graduate from Albany Medical College (1996) in Albany, New York. He successfully completed residency in Family Medicine at the University of Maryland Medical System in Baltimore, MD in 1999. He has faithfully delivered medical care in Loganville GA for more than 18 years. He treats individuals and families holistically. Dr. Fields enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and singing.
Melissa A. Smith, CPNP-PMHS
Melissa Smith earned her undergraduate at Michigan State University with a bachelors of science in nursing. She then earned her graduate degree from Augusta University with a Masters of Science in Nursing and her certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. Melissa has over 18 years years clinical experience in emergency room, intensive care, and primary care. She also is a part-time clinical instructor at Augusta University.
She has recently received her board certification as a pediatric mental health specialist. Her knowledge and expertise have been validated on a national standard. She is experienced in early assessment and interventions for common mental health issues seen in primary care. She develops treatment plans for patients and families and collaborates with other mental health professionals in the community when needed.
